After completing his university education and spending five years in the corporate world, Michael decided to make a dramatic shift in his life and turned his passion for the outdoors into a sailing career. His journey began in the Mediterranean, and he now proudly calls the Caribbean his home.

Michael's fascination with the underwater world led him to become a certified Divemaster in Cozumel, followed by obtaining his Instructor License in Roatan. His enthusiasm for marine life is evident as he excitedly points out his favorite fish, the porcupine fish, during dives. When he's not navigating the seas, you'll find Captain Michael exploring new corners of the world, connecting with diverse cultures, and savoring a wide array of cuisines.

Born and raised in sunny Florida, Casey has always found her greatest joy when surrounded by water. After specializing in hospitality and event management at the University of Florida, she embarked on a career in luxury private golf resorts before transitioning to residential real estate. However, the allure of adventure beckoned, and Casey couldn't resist its call. Leaving behind the conventional "norm," she became a dedicated traveler, exploring the world and immersing herself in the kindness of strangers, diverse cultures, and the culinary arts.

Casey is a true foodie, with her passion for cuisine ignited at a young age by cooking and baking alongside her mother in the kitchen. She thrives on incorporating diverse culinary traditions and believes that food has the magical power to bring people together. Since 2019, Casey has been a full-time yacht chef in both the Mediterranean and Caribbean, honing her culinary skills through studies at the Ashburton Culinary Academy in England and the Superyacht Culinary Academy in South Africa.

Hailing from rural Ireland, Josh's deep-rooted love for the outdoors was nurtured throughout his upbringing. An unexpected sailing holiday, arranged by his father when he was just seven years old, ignited his passion for the sea. Sharing a 28-foot yacht with four family members, Josh slept on the floor over a step, an experience that solidified his love for sailing. At the age of 18, he embarked on a career in sail yachting, taking him to destinations spanning Europe, New Zealand, and many points in between.

With certifications including RYA Yachtmaster and PADI Divemaster, Josh's love for the outdoors extends from the highest mountains to the deepest oceans. He's dedicated to making your sailing holiday as adventurous as you desire.

Over the past decade, Nicole's independent travels have taken her across six continents, allowing her to gain diverse experience in service-oriented roles.

With her extensive exposure to various cultures, etiquettes, and cocktails, Nicole is confident in her ability to facilitate the warmest hospitality experience possible. While onboard, guests will be encouraged to explore both the must-see attractions and off-the-grid natural beauty of the Virgin Islands.
