The aft deck provides seating for 12 people and includes a wet bar and a TV for entertainment. The bathroom is equipped with a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower.

Mike has been a Licensed Captain for over 15 years, leading large crews and operating privately owned yachts, as well as, USCG Certified Passenger Vessels. He has now been the Captain of VIVERE in Florida to New England since January 2010. As Captain, he has managed the maintenance and operation of this customized yacht, assuring that she is ready to run and please the owners and many guests aboard, while always keeping charter in mind for the near future. He is enthusiastic about charter of VIVERE and is experienced with all types of guests; corporate groups and VIP'S, celebrities and families from around the world. He was previously Captain aboard 75' motor yacht AVANTI which had many successful charters throughout his term aboard in Florida, New England and the Great Lakes. His prior experience is Captain aboard M/Y Millennium - New York, S. Florida & the Bahamas among other reputable charter yachts ranging from 45' - 150'.

Chef: Tory Martindale

Tory is an accomplished culinary professional with a diverse background in the hospitality industry. With a remarkable culinary and customer service pedigree, Chef Tory has spent 24 years honing his skills at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Throughout his career, he has contributed his expertise to various Four Seasons kitchens worldwide, including Dublin, Nevis, Santa Barbara, Vancouver, and Four Seasons Resort Whistler during the 2010 Olympics. Notably, he played a crucial role in the development of concepts for the 2018 renovation and repositioning of the food and beverage offerings at Four Seasons Palm Beach, making a significant impact on the local market.

In his most current role as a Private Chef and F&B Director for a financial corporation, Chef Tory showcases his culinary prowess by overseeing catering services for the office, jet, helicopter, and yacht. Additionally, he is responsible for managing the wine cellar program and cigar library, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for clients. Chef Tory's food philosophy revolves around two fundamental elements: impeccable technique and captivating flavor combinations. He perceives food as an art form that engages all the senses, constantly striving to create unforgettable dining experiences for his guests. Drawing inspiration from diverse cultures, Chef Tory masterfully blends different flavors and styles to craft innovative and harmonious dishes. For him, the mind of a chef is akin to a vast library of flavors, combinations, techniques, and plating concepts. Each dish he creates involves a meticulous process of exploring this extensive directory, uncovering the nuances that connect ingredients and ultimately synergizing them into a culinary masterpiece.

First Mate: Robert Stackpoole
Robert's upbringing on the Great Lakes paved the way for his early immersion in boating. From the tender age of 7, he already possessed the knowledge and skills to navigate boats. As he matured, his passion for boating led him to venture onto larger vessels, acquiring additional expertise and experience in the maritime industry. At the age of 20, Robert decided to relocate to Ft. Lauderdale, where he could pursue a career working on boats within a tropical climate that offered year-round opportunities. In August 2015, he joined the team at VIVERE, assuming the role of maintaining the yacht and tender, both in terms of their cosmetic appearance and mechanical functionality. His dedication and commitment to his craft have allowed him to accumulate an impressive record of over 2,000 nautical miles, navigating the Eastern Seaboard, including the picturesque waters of the Bahamas. Beyond his technical prowess, Robert possesses an innate ability to connect with people, and he thoroughly enjoys forging new relationships. He eagerly anticipates the opportunity to extend a warm and welcoming atmosphere to charter guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while onboard.
