CAPTAIN BOŽO PAVLOVIĆ (Born 1982)

Captain Božo Pavlović, born in 1982, brings a wealth of sailing expertise to our crew. He holds a degree in Sailing from the University of Physical Education and Sport. During his university years, Božo worked as a skipper on various yachts, honing his skills and gaining valuable experience. His dedication and passion for sailing led him to become the permanent captain of the new Sunreef Yacht model, Sureef 50 Solitaire. Božo's commitment to his profession is unwavering, and he takes immense pride in his work. With a friendly and outgoing personality, he effortlessly connects with people, including children. In his free time, Božo enjoys engaging in sports, traveling, and pursuing underwater photography. He also spent recent winters working as a Physical Education teacher in an elementary school in his hometown of Ploce, Croatia.

STEWARDESS/COOK MARINA ANDRIJAŠEVIĆ (Born 1982)

Marina Andrijašević, born in 1982 in Zagreb, Croatia, has always been captivated by the art of food preparation. Her love for this craft has only deepened over the years. Marina has a keen eye for aesthetics and strives to make everything she touches visually appealing, be it the delicious meals she prepares or the impeccable cleanliness of the yacht. Fluent in English, Marina delights in sharing her knowledge of Croatian history, art, and design, both traditional and contemporary, with our guests. Her diverse range of interests includes product design, gardening, photography, and, above all, cooking and exploring local cuisines. Marina joined our team in 2016 as the stewardess/chef aboard the S/Y Lagoon 560 Arctic Queen, quickly adapting to the demanding lifestyle of living and working at sea. Her strong work ethic and attention to detail earned her a place on the crew of S/Y Lagoon 620 Opal, where she worked for two summer seasons. Marina is also fluent in Italian. She holds a bachelor's degree in visual communication and graphic design from Academia Italiana/Firenze.
