Jeff and Caitlin's journey as a team began in 2010 when they crossed paths while working at a dive shop in coastal North Carolina. Since then, their shared passion for the ocean has taken them on a remarkable adventure around the world. Eventually, they found their way to the beautiful British Virgin Islands (BVI) in 2012, where they have settled and established themselves. In 2014, they made a transition from running dive boats to crewed sailing charters, a decision that has brought them immense joy and fulfillment. With over 150 charters under their belt, they have had the pleasure of welcoming many delighted guests, some of whom return for more memorable experiences.

Jeff and Caitlin specialize in catering to active and adventurous groups who are eager to explore the breathtaking wonders both above and below the water in the BVI. They have a particular affinity for introducing children to the magic of the ocean, making them a fantastic choice for families seeking unforgettable experiences. The BVI holds a special place in their hearts, not only as their home for many years but also as the location where they exchanged vows on a picturesque beach in Virgin Gorda.

Captain Jeff brings over 15 years of experience operating boats commercially, holding a USCG 200-ton Near-Coastal Masters license. Originally from Mississippi, Jeff's love for boats and the water developed later in his life and quickly became his true calling. He initially trained as a high-level dive instructor and naturally progressed to obtaining his captain's license, enabling him to captain the very boats he once served on as crew. Jeff's wealth of knowledge about the BVI is unparalleled, making him an invaluable source of captivating stories during charters. Chef Caitlin, like Jeff, also comes from a background in professional diving and marine research. However, her culinary talents have been a part of her life since childhood, and she possesses an impressive collection of photos showcasing her early culinary adventures. Hailing from Pennsylvania, Caitlin spent her formative years honing her skills in the kitchen, learning from her mother and Italian grandmother. Her menu offerings are a delightful fusion of family recipes and culinary inspirations gathered from their global travels. Trained at the esteemed Ashburton Chefs Academy, Caitlin excels at incorporating fresh, local ingredients with Mediterranean and Asian influences. From breads to pastas, she painstakingly crafts every dish from scratch. Moreover, Caitlin happily accommodates various dietary restrictions and allergies. When her schedule permits, she eagerly joins the guests for guided snorkel tours, utilizing her marine science degree to share captivating insights into fish behavior and biology.

During the off-season, Jeff and Caitlin seek solace in the mountainous region of Western North Carolina. Jeff indulges in his passion for motorcycle riding, exploring the region's winding scenic roads, while Caitlin dedicates her time to volunteering at the local animal shelter. After a bustling charter season, there's no better way for them to recharge than by reveling in mountain views, breathing in the crisp air, and leaving behind the vast bodies of water. As they are unable to have a dog on board during charters, they enthusiastically participate in the shelter's foster program, "renting" as many dogs as possible to accompany them on camping and hiking excursions.
